Our hair salon was founded on three important beliefs; Customer Service, Education and Community. Oya salon consistently offers the highest level of customer service for our valued clients and  has been voted "best hair salon " in monterey county. We provide continuing education in haircuts and hair color for all our professional hair designers. We actively donate to countless local charities, schools and non-profits in addition to participating in fashion shows, fundraisers and by sponsoring and hosting local events.
