Appointments must be secured with a credit card or gift card number at the time of booking. In the event a client needs to cancel their appointment, one must do so at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in an automatic charge for the full cost of the service. To cancel, please call 831-656-0570.
If you need to reschedule your appointment every effort will be made to accommodate your request. If a specific time is needed and not available, alternate openings may need to be considered.
Please be on time for your appointment to ensure full service. We may have to reschedule your appointment if you are excessively late (15 minutes or more).
A single process service does not include additional color to pull the color through to the ends of the hair. Please speak with your colorist and a color pull-through will be applied for an additional fee.
Clients will receive a complimentary 10-minute finishing blowout with all services. If a client wishes for a full professional blow-dry it will need to be booked accordingly for an additional fee (If a hot iron service is also required, the client will be charged an additional fee of $15).
Oya accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Debit Cards and Cash. We do not give cash back on credit card sales.
Gratuity is customary for good service and always left to the discretion of our clients. Please be aware that gratuities cannot be charged to your credit card.
We do not accept ANY returns. At Oya, we work with our clients during their service to ensure that our clients leave with the right products and tools.
We take such great pride in the services we provide that we guarantee our work. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, please call us and we will be happy to schedule a redo appointment within two weeks of your initial visit at no additional charge.
Oya gift cards and gift certificates are non-refundable and available in any amount.
Please leave your valuables at home or feel free to use our complementary lockers. Oya is not responsible for any lost or damaged goods. It is a good idea to remove all earrings and use the smocks provided to ensure nothing gets lost or damaged.
